Hi, I’m Ari Glow, the founder of Live Aglow.

My journey into holistic healing began not in peace, but in frustration. Despite living an active lifestyle and eating “all the right things,” I found myself in and out of hospitals without ever receiving real answers for my health struggles. Each visit left me feeling more disconnected, more aware that the “solutions” being offered were just band-aids rather than true healing.

It was only when I began looking inward—focusing on my mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being—that things began to shift. I discovered that stress, unprocessed emotions, and the weight of societal pressure play a much deeper role in our overall health than most of us are ever taught.

Along the way, my work as a doula deepened this understanding. Bearing witness to the raw power of birth, and supporting women through one of the most transformative experiences of their lives, taught me that true healing and strength come from within. Birth is not only physical—it is emotional, spiritual, and ancestral. Holding space in these sacred moments showed me the importance of presence, compassion, and trust in the body’s innate wisdom.

Through lived experiences, study, and practice, I came to understand that healing isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about courage, accountability, and self-connection. It’s about learning to feel, process, and transform rather than suppressing or powering through.

This is why I created Live Aglow: to guide others in reclaiming their power and reconnecting with themselves. Through meditation, hypnotherapy, yoga, journaling, and holistic education, I help you explore modalities that go beyond surface-level wellness. Together, we create space for sustainable healing and self-discovery—so that you can step into your wholeness with clarity and strength.

Live Aglow isn’t about me giving you the answers. It’s about me holding space while you discover your own.
